CN-Bio Innovations
Altis and CN Bio Innovations partnered to combine their RepliGut® Planar-Jejunum and PhysioMimix® Liver-on-a-Chip models respectively. This creates a primary human microphysiological system (MPS) that simulates oral drug administration. This Gut/Liver model enhances the translation of in vitro studies to in vivo results, improving the accuracy and predictability of data derived from these studies. This partnership represents the next generation of CN Bio’s oral bioavailability assay.
