RepliGut® Kits

These comprehensive kits provide everything scientists require to cultivate cells within their own facility, featuring a precoated membrane support multiwell plate, region-specific stem cells, and culture media.

Unlike spherical gut organoids, RepliGut® Planar cultures enable basal and apical cell access independently in a reproducible 96-well format. Within 7-8 days, you can get a fully differentiated polarized intestinal epithelium in your lab for studying inflammation, toxicity, bioavailability, barrier function, and more.

B. After 3-5 days, change media to RepliGut® Maturation Media (RMM)
C. TEER readings reach peak in 2-3 days
D. TEER remains near peak levels for 3-5 days - best window for studies on barrier integrity
E. After 10-12 days total, barrier naturally degrades.
